10.20 – 12.15 Modern sales strategies: from understanding the customer to delivering a personalised offer. How can communication be improved within an engineering company, and how should communication with engineering clients be managed? Practical training and discussion.

12.15 – 13.00 Lunch.

13.00 – 14.00 Effective communication in sales: how can “spam-like” communication with colleagues and business partners be avoided? What communication practices should be avoided and what behaviour irritates a team?
Speaker: Dr. Saulius Mockus

14.00 – 15.00 Summary of the day over coffee and discussion: how to apply theories in practice – success stories from the experience of cluster members.

10.15 – 11.45 Customer experience through the senses: the “cocoa effect” as a relationship-building strategy in sales.

11.45 – 12.15 Integrating technologies into sales processes: from equipment to automation solutions. Challenges in preparing complex technological equipment for the market – where should investments be made today to increase operational efficiency?

12.15 – 12.45 Lunch.

12.45 – 14.15 Communication challenges between engineering, sales and marketing teams: communication among engineers within an organisation is difficult, but possible. If a colleague or customer does not understand me, the problem is not the colleague – it is me.

14.15 – 15.30 Questions, answers and discussion: “Future Sales Strategies – How Innovation Is Transforming the Customer Journey”. Discussion of the day’s insights over coffee or hot chocolate.
